PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle of a consumable electrode gas shielded arc welding torch, by which the number of machining processes can be remarkably reduced, or a spatter is difficult to stick and screw parts have high mechanical strength and durability. SOLUTION: In the nozzle of the consumable electrode gas shielded arc welding torch, an outside diameter and an inside diameter of one of the tip end portion and the rear end portion of the nozzle are larger than the outside diameter and the inside diameter of the other portion. The nozzle is composed of its tip end portion and rear end portion. These are separately cut from a pipe material available on the market. The inside diameter of one of the tip end portion and the rear end portion of the nozzle is formed so as to fit each other by forming them to be almost equal to the outside diameter of the other of the tip end portion and the rear end portion of the nozzle. One of the tip end portion and the rear end portion of the nozzle is inserted into the other of the tip end portion and the rear end portion of the nozzle, and is positioned, and then the joint part is fixed by caulking.
