PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional hydraulic lifting device to necessitate substantial change of the design of the device in the case of increasing the diameter of the hydraulic cylinder because such alteration cannot be carried out by the simple exchange of a cylinder liner and necessitates the change of the case and the control valve. SOLUTION: A hydraulic cylinder case 10 is placed on the rear part of a transmission case 11 and a lift arm is protruded from the hydraulic cylinder case 10 to enable the lifting of the implement. A cylinder head 60 is placed between the head-side of the hydraulic cylinder case 10 and a control valve case 25, and socket parts 60a, 60b are formed at both sides of the cylinder head 60 and socketed.
