PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolating device for an automatic breast-feeding machine preventing driving livestock such as a calf under breast feeding out. SOLUTION: The isolating device 1 is provided on an automatic breast-feeding machine having a breast-feeding mouth 3 at the front of a breast-feeding space 2 and intended for livestock getting into the space 2 to make a breast feeding, and comprises a sensor 5 set in the space 2, an openable door 6 set in the rear of the space 2 and an isolating means 7 functioning to open/close the door 6 on sensing a livestock's retreat from and advance into the space 2 through the sensor 5.
