<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method, device, and system for a plurality of queues effectively operating the scheduling of respective jobs in the plurality of queues. <P>SOLUTION: A waiting jog management part 15 is so provided as to monitor the waiting state of a server queue 24 in a network server 22 and to monitor the waiting state of a device queue 28 in a peripheral device 26.
