<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lightfastness of a developed color image part in a heat-sensitive recording material with a heat-sensitive recording layer containing an electron-receptive compound and an electron-donative colorless dye encapsulated in a microcapsule or a pressure-sensitive recording material with a pressure-sensitive recording layer containing an electron-donative colorless dye encapsulated in the microcapsule. <P>SOLUTION: This heat-sensitive recording material has at least one heat-sensitive recording layer containing an electron-receptive compound and the electron-donative colorless dye encapsulated in the microcapsule, on a support. In addition, the heat-sensitive recording layer contains ≥50 mass% of a ≥12C aliphatic hydrocarbon to the electron-donative colorless dye. The pressure-sensitive recording layer numbering at least one layer contains the electron-donative colorless dye encapsulated in the microcapsule on the support, and also contains ≥500 mass% of a ≥12C aliphatic hydrocarbon to the electron-donative colorless dye. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
