The device comprises a piece of flexible material which is bent into a ring (1) so that one end crosses over the other. The ends of this piece present two arms (2) which are bent at ca. 90 deg. relative to the ring and these arms are used to adjust the device to the size of the object. One of the ends has a coloured scale on it. A photo is then taken with a mobile phone of the device placed around the object and this is sent to the manufacturer of the device so that they can produce a jewellery ring in the correct size. |
