PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the accommodation trade of materials among a plurality of facilities.

SOLUTION: A material accommodation support device 100 is connected to a plurality of plant terminals via a network for supporting the accommodation trade of the materials among the plurality of facilities. An offer receiving part 102 receives the offer of exchange materials exchangeable with first materials in a plant from one plant terminal. A demand transmission processing part 108 transmits a demand for spare parts of second materials in another plant as exchange materials to another plant terminal. A proposal notifying part 114 for receiving the offer conditions of the spare parts when the offer of the spare parts is proposed from another plant terminal and for notifying one plant terminal of the offer conditions together with the offer proposal.
