<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the date of manufacture of a commodity from being falsified in a course of distribution. <P>SOLUTION: This system has a time seal issuing organization 2 for performing service of stamping a time seal on a file 10 where the attributes of the commodity are set down, a first process in which a time certification requester requests the organization 2 to stamp a time seal on the file 10 where the attributes of the commodity are set down, a second process for receiving a file 11 already stamped with a time seal and transmitted by the organization 2 to the certification requester, a time certification means for performing a third process in which the file 11 already stamped with the time seal and received by the certification requester is recorded in a recording medium 12, and a verification means for verifying that the date of manufacture on the commodity is not falsified by means of the file 11 already stamped with the time seal in the recording medium 12 attached to the commodity 13 in the course of distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
