<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage in a resin part due to contact of a part with another one or the like, and also to prevent falling-off of a lug part from the resin part due to the damage of the resin part caused when a lug terminal is put in and pulled out of a connector. <P>SOLUTION: An R part 16 is formed at a corner between a connector contacting surface 15 and a resin part side surface 14 which is exposed from a shell part 12 and the most easily contacted with other parts in the resin part 13. As a result, a damage at the resin part 13 such as a chip or a crack is prevented from occurring, which also leads to prevention of such a defect that airtightness of a glass bulb is not maintained. Further, by forming a lug part folded part 20 at the lug part 18, force generated when the lug terminal 19 is put in and pulled out of the connector 9 and transferred from the lug part 18 to the resin part 13 is dispersed at the folded part 20 to be transferred to the resin part 13, so that fatigue to be generated by repeated putting and pulling is reduced. Accordingly, the falling-off of the lug part 18 from the resin part 13 due to the damage of the resin part 13 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
