<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the characteristic of a remarked zone of a graph diagram be more accurately understood, by means of a scroll bar. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 10 displays a trace pointer on a predetermined position of a graph of a display part 100 in accordance with the input for executing a trace pointer function, and displays a scroll bar on a predetermined position of the display part 100.
