<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste treatment method for sealing harmful heavy metals in granular or massive molding to make them harmless at a low cost by kneading incinerator ashes or soot containing the harmful heavy metals with molten waste plastics and cooling and solidifying the kneaded mixture. <P>SOLUTION: The waste treatment method is for sealing harmful heavy metals in the granular or massive molding to make them harmless and suppressing the elution of the harmful heavy metals and it is characterized by having a first step for kneading incinerator ashes, shoot, or their mixture containing the harmful heavy metals with waste plastics by a mixer comprising blades rotated at a high speed and a second step for obtaining the granular or agglomerate type molding by cooling, solidifying, and crushing the kneaded mixture by using a mixer comprising blades rotated at a high speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
