PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflow apparatus which can cool the atmosphere of the inside of its furnace so rapidly even when the atmosphere temperature of the inside of its furnace body shifts to the higher-temperature side than a set value as to make controllable stably the atmosphere temperature of he inside of its furnace body. SOLUTION: A furnace body 1 of the reflow apparatus comprises an inner furnace body 1a having a heating chamber 4 for heating atmospherically a printed wiring board 3 and an outer furnace body 1b for forming a cooling space 2 along with the inner furnace body by surrounding the inner furnace body. Further, a heat sink 12 for performing a heat exchange between the inner atmosphere of the inner furnace body 1a and the inner atmosphere of the cooling space is so provided in the inner furnace body 1a as to perform the temperature control of the reflow apparatus by exhausting the excess heat of the inner atmosphere of the furnace to the external, when the atmosphere temperature of the inside of the furnace exceeds the set value.
