PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna which is small in size, performance, and accordingly, superior in total electrical characteristics by using a plurality of layers of a hybrid resin substrate of which dielectric constant is sufficiently high or sufficiently low, a hybrid resin substrate of which permeability is sufficiently high and a hybrid resin substrate of which quality factor is sufficiently high, at least. SOLUTION: The antenna has at least two or more kinds of constitutive layers formed out of hybrid materials and a conductor layer which is formed on at least one layer of the hybrid materials, and a predetermined electric circuit is composed of the conductor layer.
