PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency of troubles due to errors in creating a system by eliminating the need for changing data in a control part with no change even when a task or a mail box in any of control parts is changed. SOLUTION: When the data is transmitted to a task in the other control part, a communication task receiving a transmission request for transmission data from a task for a transmission source writes the transmission data into a storage area on a memory corresponding to a task for a transmission destination in accordance with a task header file and the transmission task in the control part having the task for the transmission destination transmits the transmission data to the mail box of the task corresponding to the storage area on the memory storing the transmission data.
