PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient parallel processing by improving the load balance of each CPU without using any scheduler. SOLUTION: This compiler program is provided to preliminarily rearrange sections in the order of a longer executing time upon reading a source program, and to, upon detecting a parallel compiler instruction sentence to define parallel areas, perform the execution of the sections in the order of the arrival of a thread to the arrangement of sentences divided based on a parallel compiler instruction sentence to define the sections being parallel processing units described in the parallel areas, and to display the result that the thread has been already assigned to the section to be executed, and to, when the processing of the section is completed, generate an object code to process the execution of the section to which any thread has not been assigned by referring to the display that the thread has been already assigned.
