摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separate column attitude control mechanism of a liquid chromatography allowing a connection operation to be easily performed when a temperature-controlled separate column is connected to equipment through piping. SOLUTION: An HPLC 10 comprises a pump 12, an automatic specimen filler 14, a micro column 16, and a detector 18. The inlet side of the micro column 16 is connected to the automatic specimen filler 14 through a fused silica glass pipe 24 and the outlet side of the micro column 16 is connected to the detection part 40 of the detector 18 through a fused silica glass pipe 41. The micro column 16 is stored in a thermostatic container 26, and the thermostatic container 26 is installed in a mounting device 28. The thermostatic container 26 is formed so that the attitude thereof can be three-dimensionally controlled relative to the mounting device 28 according to the position of the disposed detector 18 by an attitude control part formed of a slit and a screw member.
