PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD navigation apparatus which performs precise navigation to a transistor position in a short time when rear face analysis is performed, without any knowledge of circuit patterns. SOLUTION: The CAD navigation apparatus is provided with a signal name selection module 15a for receiving a selected signal name, a transistor name extraction module 15b for extracting a transistor name comprising the signal name from network information, a transistor name storage module 15c which stores the transistor name along with the predicates of the transistor, a transistor identifying name search module 15d for searching for an identifying name for the transistor name from the network information on the basis of the transistor name, a graphic identifying name search module 15e for searching for an identifying name for a graphic which corresponds to the transistor identifying name from coincidence information, a graphic information extraction module 15f for extracting graphic recognizing information for the graphic recognizing name from graphic information, and a display module 15g for displaying an extracted transistor on the basis of graphic recognizing information on a display 18.
