CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR, DIFFUSER BLADE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the diffuser performance from lowering by reducing an incidence and to manufacture a blade shape to achieve this with a simple method. SOLUTION: A rotor 104 and a plurality of diffuser blades 1 placed fixedly around a rotation area of the rotor 104 are formed. Each diffuser blade 1 has a front edge portion 3 formed on the upstream side. The front edge portion 3 is formed on a front edge shape line 4 formed in a projected manner toward the downstream side. The line 4 is shown by a function of the height position defined in the axial direction of the rotor 104. Parabola having a vertex is preferably illustrated as the line 4. Accordingly the diffuser performance is prevented from lowering by reducing an incidence and a blade shape to achieve this can be manufactured with a simple method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
