PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a main girder and pier facilitating the identification of a broken position after earthquake and also the restoration work after earthquake by locally concentrating the damages of a bridge in earthquake. SOLUTION: A replaceable steel plate member 20 is connected to the web 11 of a main girder 10 above a bearing 30 set on a pier 1, or a replaceable brace member consisting of a steel product is mounted thereon. A structural member 35 having a replaceable steel sheared panel is set in the bridge axial direction between the main girder 10 and the pier 1 to connect the main girder 10 to the pier 1.
