PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a faucet, which enables a change in the position, inclination, etc., of a spout and an operation part without a particular change in the structure of the faucet. SOLUTION: In the mounting of a faucet body 12 on a mounting surface 30 of a mounting base body 10 such as a counter, the faucet body 12 is mounted on the mounting surface 30 in a state in which a tubular mounting adapter 28 with a faucet mounting part 29, provided separately from the faucet body 12 and inclined with respect to a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 30, is inserted in such a manner as to be interposed between the base body 10 and the faucet body 12.
