PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull tab type can lid having a pull tab which is held out of the way during transportation or exhibition since it is tightly attached to the can lid, makes the can lid be easily opened since a finger easily hooks in a pulling-up portion of the pull tab when the can lid is opened and shows no fear of hurting the finger tip and the nail tip. SOLUTION: The can lid 1 is upward raised in a dome type and a folding line 2 is circularly arranged on the circumference of the fixing portion A of the pull tab 20 and the can lid 1 whereby there is provided a concave portion 3 keeping a concavity formed by pushing the inner portion. When the concave portion 3 is depressed during opening, the fixing portion A descends to raise the pulling-up portion 2a of the pull tab 20 to make a clearance 4 for insertion of the finger between the pulling-up portion 2a of the pull tab 20 and the upward surface of the can lid 1.
