<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separator, which can separate a solid part having a required water content by timely eliminating the blinding of a cylindrical screen. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-liquid separator is provided with the cylindrical screen 12, a screw conveyor 13 which is rotatable inside the cylindrical screen 12, a screw press dehydrator 7 which can separate solid and liquid while conveying aggregated sludge B by the driving rotation of the screw conveyor, a sludge supply system H for supplying the aggregated sludge by pressure to the screw press dehydrator, a cleaning device 23 for cleaning the cylindrical screen from the outer periphery side, and a supply control means 11 for controlling the supply condition of the sludge to the screw press dehydrator 7 so as to be almost constant. The supply control means is configured such that the supplying operation of the sludge supply system is controlled so that the sludge supply pressure representing a sludge supply condition is almost constant. In addition, the solid-liquid separator is provided with a cleaning control means 24 for operating a cleaning device, when the supply flow rate in the sludge supply system becomes smaller than the predetermined amount for starting cleaning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
