<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a reduction gear capable of meshing a small gear with a large gear respectively stored in a housing by relative movement in a direction orthogonal with the axial direction of the small gear with favorable assembling property, and a manufacturing method of the motor with the reduction gear. <P>SOLUTION: A drum type worm 30 integrally rotatably connected to an armature shaft 16 of a motor part 10A is meshed with a drum type worm wheel 32 in a gear housing in the motor 10 with the reduction gear, the drum type worm 30 is inserted into the gear housing 26 storing the drum type worm wheel 32 along its axial direction and it is meshed with the drum type worm wheel 32 by moving it in the direction orthogonal with the axis. The drum type worm 30 in the meshed state is axially supported by mounting bearing holders 44, 46 on the gear housing 26 which is a separate body of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
