<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous detection in a voltage detecting circuit of an electronic apparatus and to stabilize the operation of the entire system. <P>SOLUTION: When a power supply voltage has such a level as causing erroneous detection in the voltage detecting circuit, voltage detecting operation is disabled so long as power generation capable of charging a large capacity secondary power supply is not detected.
