<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which has a mechanical strength of a flange by oriented-crystallization, transparency and heat-resistance, and also has heat-sealability as well in a polyester resin container having the flange. <P>SOLUTION: In this polyester resin container having the flange, a protruding part is provided at least either one surface of the upper surface or the lower surface of the flange. Also, an oriented-crystallization part is provided at least on the inner peripheral side of the flange.
