GAS SAFETY METER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas safety meter without any need for a primary battery.

SOLUTION: The gas safety meter comprises a gas flow rate measurement means for measuring the amount of gas flowing through a gas channel section 1A; a fuel battery 2 for generation by gas at the part of the gas channel 1A; and a gas cut-off means 3 for stopping gas supply to the part of the gas channel 1A for receiving the supply of power from the fuel battery 2, thus supplying a sufficient amount of power to the gas cut-off means 3 without incorporating any primary batteries.
