<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation and deterioration of output by preventing occurrence of the region where the hydrogen concentration is locally degraded in the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The concentration of hydrogen of the fuel gas supplied to the fuel cell 10 at the exit part of the fuel cell 10 is measured by a hydrogen concentration sensor 36, and by adjusting the supply amount of the fuel gas based on the hydrogen concentration, the occurrence of a region of hydrogen shortage in the fuel cell 10 is prevented. Therefore, degradation of output voltage due to hydrogen shortage can be prevented and improvement in fuel consumption can be realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
