<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition with which light resistant and moisture resistant printed matter is prepared and clogging is not caused, an ink set provided with the ink composition, an inkjet recording method using these and a recorded article recorded with the recording method. <P>SOLUTION: The light resistance of a formed image is improved by including a compound and/or its salt as expressed by formula 1 as the coloring agent in the ink composition. The moisture resistance and clogging resistance is improved by including an aromatic compound having a carboxylic group and/or its salt in the ink composition.
