<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording ink set having light-color and deep-color cyan inks and being excellent in delivery stability and capable of giving an image having excellent preservability and reduced bleeding and to provide an inkjet recording method using the ink set. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording ink set has light and deep cyan inks in different concentrations, wherein the light and deep cyan inks are prepared by dissolving or dispersing phthalocyanine dyes having specified structures in an aqueous medium, and the relationships: [content of a water-miscible organic solvent in light cyan ink] ≤ [content of a water-miscible organic solvent in deep cyan ink] is satisfied.
