<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a favorable laminate without generating inflation on the surface of the laminate upon manufacturing the laminate by lamination bonding and annealing amorphous alloy thin strips. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the laminate of the amorphous alloy thin strip by laminating and bonding the amorphous alloy thin strips, whose one side or both sides are formed of a heat resistant resin layer, the amorphous alloy thin strip, formed of a heat resistant resin layer previously, is dried at a temperature of 80°C or higher before laminating and bonding whereby inflation is not generated on the surface of the laminate and the favorable laminate is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
