PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip impedance element which has a direct current resistance and impedance characteristics of less variation, is cheap and excellent in a mass productivity, and its mounting property can be improved. SOLUTION: A conductor 12 containing a trace of elements is positioned in the central portoion of a base 11 of a crystal magnetic substance, dielectric, etc. to inhabit coarsening of the particle diameter of the conductor in sintering, and terminal electrodes 15, 16 connected with the conductor electrically are located at both ends of the ceramic of the crystal magnetic substance, or dielectric, etc. A condition of a/b≤0.5 is met where the mean particle diameter of the conductor 12 is (a) and the wire diameter of the conductor is b.
