PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance layer joint body in which a resistor having a prescribed resistance can be formed inside the wiring pattern formed by etching, and a component using the resistance layer joint body. SOLUTION: The resistance layer joint body 22 is manufactured by laminating a plurality of layers of a polymer plate 24 as a base material, the resistance layer 28 having prescribed specific resistance, and a conductive plate 26 excellent in conductivity. Components applied for printed wiring boards and IC packages or the like are manufactured by forming the resistor having a prescribed resistance value inside the wiring pattern by etching the resistance layer joint body 22.
