PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator suppressing a leakage current under a high temperature regarding an output MOS transistor. SOLUTION: By giving a higher back gate bias potential of the output MOS transistor under the high temperature condition by a voltage selecting circuit 121, the leakage current is suppressed under the high temperature condition regarding the output MOS transistor.
