PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus or a system for miniaturizing a radiographic apparatus and reducing an operational cost in radiography. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with image pickup means 6, 7 for obtaining a picked-up image of an inspected object 5 from a radiation transmitted through the inspection object 5, an X-ray generator 2 for controlling a radiation output, a monitor 8 for outputting the picked-up image obtained by the image pickup means 6, 7 on a screen, an image storage means 9 for storing the picked-up image before the monitor 8 outputs the picked-up image and an output switch means for implementing switch control for directly outputting the picked-up image obtained by the image pickup means 6, 7 to the monitor 8 or outputting the picked-up image to the monitor 8 through the image storage means 9. When the image storage means 9 stores the picked-up image, a control means stops the radiation output. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
