PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil or a molded article having transparency, high frequency weldability, stability under heat, desired high flexibility at low temperature, and aging stability not based on PVC. SOLUTION: The foil or molded article based on the transparent and high-frequency weldable polymer mixture comprises (a) an ethylene homopolymer or the like having a melt index MFI (190°C; 2.16 kg) of about 0.2 to 15.0 g/10 min comprising (I) about 8-60 wt.% of a comonomer of a saturated 2-8C carboxylic acid vinyl ester or the like and/or (II) about 8-60 wt.% of a graft unit of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, a dicarboxylic acid, their ester and/or anhydride, or (III) a mixture of two or more of the above compounds, and (b) a copolymer of ethylene with about 10 to 30 wt.% 3-12C-α-olefin having a melt index MFI (190°C; 2.16 kg) of about 0.2 to 15.0 g/10 min.
