PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image suitably even on a thinner basic material. SOLUTION: The inkjet printer 10 for forming an image on a sheet basic material S being carried comprises a platen 20 having a substantially vertical guide face 21 facing a print head 11 for ejecting ink and guiding carriage of the sheet basic material S.
