PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in design effect, scratch resistance, weatherability, solvent resistance and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 10 has a thermoplastic acrylic resin film 11, the first primer layer 12 being in contact with the acrylic resin film 11 and the colored radiation curable color coating layer 13 coming in contact with the first primer layer 12. The first primer layer 12 contains at least 25 wt.% of cured matter of a radiation curable resin comprising a thermoplastic resin binder composed of an arylic polyol resin and/or an arylic oligomer.
