PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically form a database for evaluating plant operation technique with a minimum labor by automatically accumulating on a simulator system action elements serving as an evaluation reference from an effective and model plant operation process including plant operation know-how performed by skilled operators of the user. SOLUTION: This plant operation training simulator is equipped with a simulator computer and an operation training aid device connected to an operation monitoring panel, and the computer operates a plant condition set in advance. The operation training aid device is provided with a data collection part, a database forming part, a screen database coping with an accident connected to the database forming part, an operation procedure database, abnormal part identifying part, a screen selection part, an operation procedure selection part, a training evaluation part, and a database editing part.
