PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of each of sections in a column body. SOLUTION: This distillation apparatus is provided with the column body 20 having a raw liquid feeding part and a side cut liquid discharging part on the side, a vapor discharging part at the top and a bottom liquid discharging part at the bottom, an internal partition wall for dividing the inside of the body 20 and the first distillation part having the first enriching and stripping sections, the second distillation part having the second enriching and stripping sections and the third distillation part having the third enriching and stripping sections in the body 20. A raw liquid of the prescribed state is supplied to the raw liquid feeding part so that the amount of the vapor rising in the first enriching section is made equal to or more than that of the vapor rising in the first stripping section. As a result, the load imposed on the first stripping section can be made almost equal to that imposed on the first enriching section. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
