<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical instrument which assures satisfactory performance maneuverability in use while permitting easy assembling and stowing work without the worry about the loss of components and is made compact while protecting a performance operation unit during stowage and transportation with simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Cover/leg sections 20L/R are coupled by means of hinge mechanisms sections 13A to 13D to both left and right ends 10L and 10R, respectively, of an instrument body 10 and are rotationally moved clockwise and counterclockwise viewed from the front of the instrument body 10. The cover/leg sections 20L/R function as the legs to support the body 10 when both the free ends 20La and 20R thereof face a placement surface G, thereby making performance possible. When both the free ends 20La and 20Ra of the cover/leg sections 20L/R nearly in a central part of the longitudinal direction of the body 10 above a keyboard 11 oppose each other in proximity, the cover/leg sections 20L/R function as a cover to cover the body 10 and attain the state suitable for stowage and transportation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
