SYSTEM FOR RECYCLING OIL CAKE PRODUCED IN VEGETABLE OIL AND FAT MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling use of resources such as fatty acid esters or the like from oil cake discharged and disposed/incinerated in a vegetable oil and fat manufacturing process.

SOLUTION: Esterification products are produced by adding an alcohol to the oil cake. A system collecting effective resources from a mixture of the oil cake and the alcohol containing the esterification product comprises separation by extraction and purification of the esterification product. A whole system comprises a line for feeding energy by burning and converting the collected effective resources to the energy.
