IMAGE MONITOR INFORMATION SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image monitor information system and its method which quickly deals with an unusual situation and keeps information without depending on manual reporting means. SOLUTION: An image monitor controller 2 is provided between communication networks 4, 5 connected to an image photographing apparatus 1 and an image monitor terminal apparatus 3, respectively. The controller 2 acquires images taken by the photographing apparatus 1 over the communication network 4, detects the quantitative change of the acquired images, and reports it to at least one of a plurality of image monitor terminals 3.
