PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind mill efficiently corresponding to wind of each direction/each angle/any wind power by waiting for wind under a balanced condition at a stationary state and providing rotational movement according to wind power, and a generator attached to the same. SOLUTION: This wind mill has a fulcrum at an upper part of a strut or on a extension thereof, and has the center of gravity on the strut below the fulcrum, a wind receiving part balanced in 360 degrees is supported by a shaft.
