PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video camera device capable of simultaneously recording a moving picture and a still image, and recording the clear still image during recording the moving picture. SOLUTION: In the combined type device in which an identical optical system 21 is shared, tape recording is performed in a recorder/reproducer 36, a disk recording is possible in a recorder/reproducer 102, a plurality of frames of image data are once stored in a buffer memory 30, and a timing change SW 7 is operated at a desired timing.
