PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensing device of operation status of a rolling device which can transmit detection signals of two or more sensors at once using small number of signal lines. SOLUTION: The sensing device generates a signal by synthesizing a low frequency temperature detection signal of a temperature sensor 11 and an oscillation detection signal of a oscillating sensor 12 having a frequency higher than that of temperature sensor 11 and transmit it to a receiving device 40 via a signal line 30; obtains a rotation direction signal from rotation speed signals of rotation speed sensors 13-1, 13-2 which output digital signals by changing also phases by 90 degrees, synthesizes this rotation direction signals and a rotation speed signal of the rotation speed sensor 13-1, and transmits it to the receiving device 40; extracts a temperature detection signal at low pass filter 46 using a difference of frequencies in the receiving device 40; extracts the oscillation detection signal at a high pass filter; extracts the rotation speed signal at a comparator 50; and extracts further the rotation direction signal by a low pass filter 52 and a comparator 53.
