PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal input switching integrated circuit which is used to record video or the like on a recording unit, outputs the video or the like on a monitor unit and reduces cross talk. SOLUTION: A signal input switching integrated circuit 20 is constituted as indicated below. The circuit 20 is provided with a recording input switching section 2, a monitor input switching section 3 and wiring which is used to guide the signals outputted from signal sources 21,22,31 and 32 into the sections 2 and 3. The section 2 is used to switch the connection between the sources 21,22,31 and 32 and a recording unit 26. The section 3 is used to switch the connection between the sources 21,22,31 and 32 and a monitor unit 27. Sections 2 and 3 and wiring, which is used to guide the signals outputted from the signal sources to the sections 2 and 3, are provided in a single package 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
