PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle the end materials of gypsum boards effectively without scrapping them to solve the problem that the disposal of the end materials of gypsum boards will be more difficult in the future due to a severe lack of reclamation process plants under the present circumstance, where the end materials of gypsum boards produced in a construction site are disposed of as industrial wastes. SOLUTION: The end materials of gypsum boards used as construction materials are processed into tiny gypsum chips 3, which are then filled into a cover member 2 to be packed up to form a core material 1 for a wall/floor. The formed core materials 1 are put into a space in a wall or under a floor, where the gypsum chips 3 exert their soundproofing, heat insulating capability, thus improving a soundproofing, heat insulating performance of the wall or the floor. Since the end materials are used in the wall or under the floor, disposing of the end materials as industrial wastes is not necessary any more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
