PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having good adhesiveness to silicone rubbers, etc., and stable electroconductive and pressure-sensitive adhesiveness in the temperature range of using the silicone rubbers. SOLUTION: This electroconductive silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises 100 parts organopolysiloxane (A) represented by average composition formula (1); R<SB>a</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a)/2</SB>(wherein R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group), 50-250 parts organopolysiloxane (B) containing a structural unit represented by general formula (2): R<SP>1</SP><SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>1/2</SB>(wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a monovalent hydrocarbon group) and SiO<SB>4/2</SB>unit, and with their molar ratio being (R<SP>1</SP><SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>1/2</SB>)/(SiO<SB>4/2</SB>)=0.5-1.2, 3-300 parts electroconductive powder (C) which is prepared by forming a layer of a silicon polymer or its ceramic layer having reducing action on the surface of a base powder comprising an inorganic powder or an organic resin powder and coating it with a metal by plating, to the total 100 parts of the components (A) and (B), and a crosslinking agent (D).
