PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat for a vehicle causing little wrinkle, absorbing strain of a mat, and thereby normally positioning and holding the mat at the normal position without wrinkle even when a foot rest cover part covering a foot rest is integrally provided to the mat in an automatic transmission vehicle, by providing lock pins and lock holes to two places. SOLUTION: In this floor mat for a vehicle, a foot rest cover part 4 covering a foot rest on which a left leg is placed is integrally projected and formed on the front left side end part of the mat M. The foot rest cover part 4 is set to be a width shape for not lapping with a brake pedal. A central positioning hole 6 is formed on the rear end part of the mat M in the rear of the brake pedal for locking a center positioning pin 5 standingly mounted on the vehicle body floor side. A wrinkle generation preventive positioning hole 8 locked to a wrinkle generation preventive positioning pin standingly mounted on the vehicle body floor side is formed on the rear right side end part of the mat M orthogonal to the foot rest cover part 4 on right of the center positioning hole 6.
