PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treating machine which facilitates the intrusion of micro-organisms into the interior and ensures quick decomposition of garbage by injuring the surface of the garbage. SOLUTION: Projecting and recessing parts and a blade which injure the surface of the garbage are attached to a part of the mixing blade which is made into collision with the garbage.
